We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options for your convenience. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the shipping method you choose at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (Domestic): 2-3 business days
  • Priority Shipping (Domestic): 1-2 business days
  • International Shipping: 7-21 business days, depending on the country and customs processing

Please note: Shipping times are estimates, and while we strive to meet them, delays can occur due to weather, holidays, or customs processing, especially for international orders.

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping cost is a flat rate of $25 at checkout. You will be able to view the shipping fee before confirming your order.

  • Free standard shipping is available on orders over $1,000 (domestic orders only).
  • For international orders, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the destination.

3. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently offer shipping to almost all states excluding UT, MA, TN, AK & HI. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • All purchases must be made by individuals age 21 and older. Delivery carrier will require proof of age, and a signature is required for all deliveries. Only persons age 21 and older can accept delivery.

4. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • We take great care to package and ship your order securely, but sometimes things go wrong. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • For lost packages, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, and if necessary, provide a replacement or refund.
  • For damaged items, please provide us with photos of the damaged goods, and we will initiate a replacement or refund process
